Delete Your Account

You can delete your “VLH: Your Plant Collection” app account (operated by 10X Labs GmbH / Velvet Leaf House) at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (instant)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email from the address your account is registered with to contact@velvetleafhouse.com with the subject “Delete my app account”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your email address and login credentials, your entire plant catalogue (all plants, purchase details, locations, care notes and other entries) and all photos you uploaded. This cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Records of consent (e.g. the time you accepted the Terms) may be retained in anonymised or minimal form only as long as legally required to document compliance. If you subscribed to our email newsletter, you can additionally unsubscribe via the link in any email; deletion requests to the address above cover this as well.
